FAQS

Do I need a gym membership?

It would be ideal to have one for sure; I think having the intent of ‘going to the gym’ allows you to mentally psych yourself up for a workout. It has the intent of going somewhere to get something ‘done’. A gym also has a big array of equipment at your disposal, however it’s not essential. You can still make epic progress with home workouts, although you’d need some basic equipment to get started like resistance bands and/or adjustable dumbbells.

If you have some sort of home gym set up this is also ideal and something we can work with.

 


Do I already need to have some level of fitness, strength and experience?

No not at all, it’s my job as your coach to meet you where you are currently at and then guide you to your goals; meaning no matter your starting point you will benefit from my coaching.

 


I don’t live in the UK will coaching still work for me?

Yes absolutely, as long as you have access to the internet and a basic level of English we are good to work together.



Will you fit within my busy lifestyle?

Yes! Everything we build is within and around your lifestyle, my coaching is designed to continually be adaptable and flexible. So, no matter how busy you are and what you’re busy with we can make it work.

 


How is Online Coaching effective?

​

Client success/ results are high with online coaching because your coach is available with you everyday 7 days a week even whilst you are away or travelling. Unlike template/ downloadable programs everything is customised to you, and your coach is there to check in with your progress and your goals daily, or sometimes multiple times a day.

1-1 coaching will always have its place but a face to face coach can’t be with you and on hand all day.

People need support and accountability; my online programme provides this.

What makes you and your programme different from all the others?

I have my own time constraints and struggles when it comes to prioritising my training, unlike a lot of my industry I am not part of the genetic elite; someone who trains above all else no matter what. I’m just like you; my training used to sometimes take a back seat, I’ve struggled, experimented, and overcome which makes me the perfect coach for someone like you. I’ve been forced to learn how to manage ridiculously busy periods of time that so many others couldn’t. I want to do the same for you.

I’ve got 1000’s of hours of coaching under my belt and 15+ years’ experience training people just like you; all this experience has helped me create something that optimises your health, body composition and mindset toward achieving long term results with an education on how to do things the right way. I get real results for real people with no quick fixes, no gimmicks and no more frustration - just working together to find solutions.

WORKOUT PLAN
A training plan created just for you! Your body both physically and mentally is different from the person next to you so why should your workouts be the same? Your plan is made with your goals, needs, and wants in mind.

 


MEAL PLAN

Love your meals! Our personalised plans are crafted with you in mind, we consider your schedule, your family, your lifestyle, likes and dislikes and then put something together accordingly. Sometimes it’s not always a meal plan either but perhaps a number plan works better for you.

Restaurants are okay; don’t feel like your goals are on hold when you eat out. We’ll teach you how to choose an ideal meal from your favourite place while sticking to your macro and calorie meals.  



 

Can you relate with...

Tupperware food plans and protein shakes?

 

The problem with most coaches working with busy professionals is they don’t live in their clients world and can rarely relate.

A meal plan looks great on paper but if it can’t be replicated inside your world it’s worthless.

We’ll work with the you based around YOUR lifestyle and adjust accordingly around YOUR travel plans, work commitments, meetings, family plans and so on.

 

It will be simple and allow you to not have to think when life is already chaotic. It will be realistic around business entertaining dinners, lunches provided in a meeting, nutrition inside an airport and enjoyment around food when it’s time to relax with friends and family.

 

You can still enjoy life and get results.

 

 

Time privileged gurus discussing the “secret to success formula”?

Habits are powerful; people know they need to exercise and eat well but this knowledge is hard to apply when you’re up early after a late night, when commuting takes up hours of your day, when you have hours of meetings that don’t count toward your ‘actual day work’ and you’re trying to balance it around being a present parent and partner.

Small steps: the process is about building sustainable habits.

With a busy mindset already; uphauling your lifestyle and nutrition can be all too much too soon.

We first need to work on nutrition key points and then build out after we’ve hit certain milestones.

Programs will be short and sharp and to the point to ensure you get the most you can from your workouts. We appreciate you haven’t got the time or the headspace for endless training and fluffy routines. You need the most bang for your buck and we’ll show you how to get that.

 

We’ll give you a complete physical transformation, we’ll take out all the guess work of reps, sets, rest periods and tempos to leave you with a strong lean and defined physique and a level of fitness you’re proud of.

We’ll take care of the training, so you just turn up, open the app, and go. No guess work, a clear step by step training session ready for you. And with a clear element and understanding of why, how, and when and with a clear path of progression.

We’ll set the rest of your movement goals within our app so you can hit them daily whilst working within your usual day to day business.
